Our Refund and Dispute Policy
This policy governs refunds and disputes for our consulting services in fashion and media industries, provided from the UAE. It aligns with UAE commercial laws and excludes consumer protection rules primarily for B2B transactions
Refund Eligibility
Refunds apply only to prepaid consulting fees if services have not commenced, at our discretion after deducting administrative costs (up to 15% of the amount). No refunds for services started or completed, third-party costs, or non-refundable physical/digital goods purchased on your behalf (e.g., media licenses, event materials). Requests must be emailed to contact@studio19.me within 7 days of payment, with full refunds processed within 14 business days if approved.
Non-Refundable Items
Costs for physical goods (e.g., fashion samples) or digital goods (e.g., stock images, software licenses) already procured are non-refundable, as they follow origin providers' terms. Incidental expenses like travel or vendor fees incurred during consulting are also excluded. This protects our business from unrecoverable outlays in UAE operations.
Dispute Process
Submit disputes in writing to contact@studio19.me within 30 days of issue, detailing the claim with evidence. Parties agree to negotiate amicably first; if unresolved in 30 days, escalate to mediation per Dubai International Arbitration Centre rules. Unresolved matters proceed to UAE onshore courts, with Dubai courts having exclusive jurisdiction.
Governing Law
This policy and related agreements are governed by UAE federal laws, including Civil Transactions Law. Clients consent to UAE courts' jurisdiction, waiving objections to venue. We reserve updates to this policy with 30 days' notice via email.
